For the Love of Mah Jongg was born out of a cross-country adventure! After traveling through numerous states and discovering vibrant Mahjong groups and exciting events everywhere she went, Tiffany realized something was missing back home—Phoenix had very few options for Mahjong meetups, leagues, or fun social events. So, she decided to change that… and in an instant, For the Love of Mah Jongg was created! Fueled by the dream of building a lively, welcoming, and inclusive Mah Jongg community in the greater Phoenix area, Tiffany set out to make it happen. She wanted a space where Mah Jongg lovers of all levels—whether you're totally obsessed or just Mahjong-curious—could come together, learn the game, improve their skills, and make lasting friendships. Tiffany's Mah Jongg journey started thanks to her mother-in-law, who introduced her to the game. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a full-blown obsession. With support from her husband, Tiffany launched an online shop full of stylish Mah Jongg-themed apparel and accessories. Once she felt confident at the table, she began competing in tournaments across the Southwest—selling her cute Mah Jongg goodies and meeting tons of amazing fellow players along the way. Her passion for the game and the people who play it is what drives For the Love of Mah Jongg. It’s more than just a community—it’s a movement to bring joy, connection, and a little tile-flipping fun to Phoenix and beyond!
